“A big thank you for your performance of ‘Carnival of the Animals’ last week at St John’s Church in Tunbridge Wells. The production was extremely entertaining and had the children enthralled… it was an extremely worthwhile visit and we wish to bring children to further productions should there be any next year.” C Long – Rosehill School Tunbridge Wells
Our concerts are performed by professional musicians and are fun, lively, interactive and educational. Free, downloadable teaching resources are available to accompany this programme.
“Just to let you know that our Year 5 and 6 children and teachers absolutely loved the concert at Sevenoaks School last week. It was a real highlight. Please pass on our appreciation to all those involved. Thank you.” C Crawford-Usher – Wateringbury School
"A big thank you to you and your musicians I thought the actual planning of the show was brilliant and you pitched some high language in there without boring 5 year olds! Well done!" D Harris – Sandown School, Deal
Following the huge success of our 2015 BBC Ten Pieces Tour we shall be touring schools again this year with The Carnival of the Animals.
The project will help schools to deliver key aspects of the educational curriculum, including learning about the works of great composers, composing and performing.
Secondary schools host 3 concerts throughout the school day – typically 09.30, 11.30 and 13.30. Each concert will last between 1 hour and 1hour 20 minutes.
During the summer and autumn term of 2016
The concerts are suitable for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
