Kidenza for Schools

We are a touring orchestra visiting schools throughout the UK. Typically, secondary schools host our concerts to local, ideally within walking distance, primary schools.

We also offer bespoke packages for your school, providing workshops, master-classes and opportunities for your musicians to perform alongside our professional musicians to the rest of the school or parents.

“Just to let you know that our Year 5 and 6 children and teachers absolutely loved the concert at Sevenoaks School last week.  It was a real highlight.  Please pass on our appreciation to all those involved.  Thank you.” C Crawford-Usher – Wateringbury School

We offer free, downloadable, high quality teaching resources which are specially written to accompany our programmes. These are written by Ann Bryant (Internationally published children’s author and author or numerous primary music teaching resources), Dr Elizabeth Blackford (PhD Music Education and Head of Music at a Kent School) and Claire Lambert-Meadway – Early Years Music Specialist.

Our concerts are lively, educational, fun, interactive, multi-sensory and absolutely not stuffy!

“I just wanted to say “Thank You!” to you and your company for a really enjoyable session this morning.   Despite their fidgeting and scuffling, overall my class really enjoyed it.  We weren’t really sure what to expect but it appealed to them all on one level or another – most specifically the ‘naughty’ musician who was a bit hit, and of course the Harry Potter influence!” K Dean – Davenport Special School

“Thank you so much for inviting us to the performance of ‘The Carnival of The Animals’ today. Our pupils and staff loved it and it really brought Saint-Saens alive. We cannot wait until next year….the brilliant performance and the pupils requested to listen to the whole of Carnival of The Animals while eating their lunch back at school. Thank you all for inspiring this interest in our pupils and a bit of awe and wonder in our staff.” Many thanks, Warwick Eldred Newington Community Primary School
